TAKE A TOUR
When you and your pet first arrive you will be met by our office and technical staff.   Your pet will undergo triage to determine the severity of
their immediate health risk.

If your pet is stable, an initial systems
assessment will be performed by a veterinary
technician in one of our spacious exam
rooms after a visit to the floor scale, table
scale or even gram scale for our tiny exotic
patients.

Your pet will then be examined by the
emergency veterinarian. An initial diagnosis
will be made and a plan for further testing
and/or treatment will be offered.

Laboratory tests may be indicated and will be
performed in our in-house facilities.
These include routine organ function and whole
blood screening, we are able to perform blood
typing, coagulation studies and blood
transfusions. Our in-house laboratory
capabilities include immediate screening for
certain infectious diseases common to our area.
Stabilization of critical cases is augmented by
stat electrolyte testing.

If your pet's condition
requires hospitalization or
surgical intervention they
will first visit our treatment area.
